Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Finest E-Liquid merchandise. If items are missing or are in poor condition the retail cost of these items will be deducted from your refund. Just contact Sales@thefinesteliquid.com for instructions. Allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
*Note: We highly recommend that you return your order through traceable mail because we do not take responsibility for lost or undelivered returns. All refunds requested must be within 30 days from the date of the original shipment and include all the items from the original order. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if for any reason you do not meet these requirements.
